The management company will market e-bikes to your renters.
The management company will be responsible for collecting all fees related to bike rentals.
The management company will pay PCB E-bikes, minus their agreed-upon commissions.
PCB E-bikes will handle the daily delivery and pickup of the e-bikes.
PCB E-bikes will also be responsible for all repairs and replacements.

The e-bikes will remain on the rental property for the entire term of the agreement.
* The management company will be responsible for handling e-bike rentals and setting their pricing.
Payment for the e-bike rental term will be due upfront upon delivery of the e-bikes.
Delivery, repairs, and replacements for the e-bikes will be provided by PCB E-bikes.
